Setup: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm , Friday before event day
8:00 am to 9:30 am , Saturday of event day
Tear-down and Removal : 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm , Sunday
All booths will be set up and Exhibitor shall be ready for the doors to open no later than 9:30 am on Saturday. Any booth unoccupied as of 9:30 am on Saturday will be considered cancelled and may be re-rented by The Learning Ground without refund to the Exhibitor.
Booth dismantle and removal shall not begin prior to 5:00 pm on the last day of the Expo. Exhibitor shall remove all of its property by 8:00 pm on the last day of Expo. After this time, The Learning Ground has the right to remove and dispose of Exhibitor’s property. If a cost is incurred, Exhibitor agrees to pay cost of such removal and disposal.
